Cancellation Policy

Guests are kindly requested to complete the full balance payment prior to the commencement of the cruise or activity booked through Goa Adventure Spot.

To avoid any cancellation charges, we require a minimum of 72 hours’ prior notice before the scheduled date of your booking.

  • Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled activity will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the total booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled activity, or in case of a no-show, will incur a 100% cancellation fee.

For the safety and comfort of our guests, Goa Adventure Spot reserves the right to cancel, delay, or modify any cruise or activity due to adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances.

In such cases:

  • Guests may reschedule their booking to another available date, or
  • Request a full refund of the advance/deposit paid

Refund Policy

In the rare event that a booking is cancelled due to technical issues, operational challenges, or internal reasons from Goa Adventure Spot, guests will be entitled to a full refund of any amount paid.

  • Refunds for online bookings made via our website
    (https://goaadventurespot.com/) will be processed within 5 to 7 working days
  • The refund will be credited back to the original mode of payment
